EXCHANGE POLICY
SURSSE operates an Exchange Only policy. We do not offer refunds.
Exchanges are accepted within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, your item must be unworn, unwashed, free of stains or odors, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange, contact us at info@sursse.com or use the Contact Us form on our website. Please do not send items back without first requesting an exchange — items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right.
Non-exchangeable items: We cannot accept exchanges on sale items, gift cards, custom/personalized products, or items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage.
Exchange Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. SURSSE will cover the shipping cost for sending the exchanged item back to you.
European Union: If merchandise is being shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days under the EU cooling-off period. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in original packaging.
Refunds: We do not issue monetary refunds. For defective or incorrect items, please contact us at info@sursse.com and we will resolve the issue promptly.
