DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All orders that are in stock will ship within 5–7 business days once the order is approved. This does not include preorders. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Shipping charges for your order will be displayed at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do offer international shipping outside of the U.S. All orders are processed within 48 business hours of the order date. If the item is in stock and is not a preorder, it ships within 5 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends. Shipping charges will vary depending on the destination of your order.

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipment from SURSSE.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges plus the cost of returning the package to us.

EXCHANGE POLICY

SURSSE operates an EXCHANGE ONLY policy. We do not offer refunds.

Exchanges are accepted within 15 days of the delivery date. Items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • Free of stains, odors, or damage
  • In sellable condition (smoke-free, no alterations)

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for exchange.

Exchange Shipping Costs:

  • The customer is responsible for shipping costs when sending items back to us.
  • SURSSE will cover the shipping cost for sending the exchanged item to you.

Defective or Incorrect Items: If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@sursse.com so we can make it right.
